Live: Rockin’ Bryan Adams too much fun at Magic Summer Festival
The emphatic and energetic Keith Scott on lead guitar provided all those memorable riffs, licks and solos
Bryan Adams kicked off his only UK date of 2013 with House Arrest – a song about a rock’n’roll house party with the line: “Gotta plead guilty having too much fun.”
Several songs later and the crowd were most definitely “rockin’ and having a ball” as Adams led fans on a rousing sing-along through his greatest hits including Kids Wanna Rock, Can’t Stop This Thing We Started, Somebody, Summer of ’69 and Run To You.
The emphatic and energetic Keith Scott on lead guitar provided all those memorable riffs, licks and solos – and none more so than on the obligatory (Everything I Do) I Do It For You.
Adams finished his set with acoustic versions of Straight From The Heart and All For Love.
Having a bit too much fun? Guilty as charged!
