It cuts like a knife in the summer of 69 when everything I do, I do it for you!

Internationally acclaimed singer-songwriter (and apparently, shutterbug) Bryan Adams, is set to get Exposed, but not that way, you perverts.

Adams will release his first book of photography this September, entitled Exposed. Published by Steidl, Exposed, features portraits of friends and colleagues in the entertainment, fashion and art community. Exposed is available for preorder on Amazon.com and Barnes & Noble.

Including a foreword by Sir Elton John, Exposed is Adams’ first comprehensive monograph, showcasing an intimate look at some of the most important figures in pop culture, including Morrissey, Sir Ben Kingsley, Amy Winehouse, Michael Jackson, Louise Bourgeois, Dame Judi Dench, and more.

A retrospective of Adams’ photography, Exposed provides a glimpse into the many faces that help shape our culture.

Adams has photographed for magazines including Interview, Harper’s Bazaar and British and German Vogue. In 2003 he founded zoomagazine.com for which he has received a Goldene Feder Award and has since been honored twice with Lead awards in Germany, first in 2006 for his series of photographs of Mickey Rourke and again in 2012 for his fashion photos of Rt. Honourable Daphne Guinness.

Exposed is currently on exhibition at the Museum of Multi Media in Moscow until October 2012. Future exhibitions include, Dallas (December 2012) and London, Doha and Dusseldorf for 2013.

Adams really is a rad photog with a terrific portfolio. We wonder how many amazing shots he got of his daughter.

It still cuts like a knife, though. Nah nah nah nah nah nah.

Do you want to be Exposed?
